Guacamole
2 jalapeno chilies
2 large ripe avocados, mashed 2 med. tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups) 1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 cup) 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro 2 tbsp. lime or lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper tortilla chips, if desired Remove stems, seeds, and membranes from chilies. Chop chilies. Mix everything in glass bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. |
