Ranch Dressing Mix

2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
8 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsp paprika

Mix ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to six months. Shake before measuring to prepare dressing.

Ranch Dressing:
Mix 1 Tbsp mix with 1 cup mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing, miracle whip etc) and 1 cup buttermilk. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir until well blended. Chill before serving. Makes about 2 cups dressing

Have you made this? I'm always curious how close they taste to the real thing.

I have to say, I do like Kraft's Buttermilk ranch better, but this stuff works good in things like To Die For Pot Roast ;)
