1 more Vitex and Maca question ?

Are these herbs for anyone who wants help with fertility? Or just women that have trouble ovulating and have irregular periods?

It's ok.
Maca gave me energy the first 2 days then it didn't work as well. I'm continuing with Vitex and preseed.

They help to balance hormones out. Maca root made me ovulate on CD 11 the first month I took it. After that it didnt seem as effective... not sure why that is, but the next month I didnt ovulate until CD 20. I'm not sure about mixing the two... I would think its a bad idea since they are both supposed to do pretty much the same thing, balance hormones. I just ordered femaprin(vitex) and am going to try that since I just had an 18 day cycle, so didnt ovulate. Plus I have diagnosed low progesterone. We used preseed to get pregnant with my son.
