Hi there. I'm so sorry no one responded in a shorter time.
I hope you are still checking in to see some ladies who gave some opinions!!

We got our first bfp with them :) I would definitely recommend them. We combine them with preseed.

Not a dumb question!! I had no idea myself a couple of years ago.

They are soft-ish cervical cups. They sell them in the period protection aisle in the store. For ttc they are used to hold the semen up close to the cervix for a few hours. You can run and jump around and everything still stays right there :)

Warning! - The first few times you use them, they might be hard to pull out until you get the hang of it. You may make a mess too, might want to do it at home, instead of the work bathroom or something the first time. :) Worth it, but just want to throw that out there so you aren't surprised the first time ;)

I found some of those at Walmart and I only usede in one cycle so far. I didn't get pregnant but I'm going to try them again this cycle. I definitely suggest removing them while you're sitting on the toilet
