What Fertility Aids Do You Take?
I take
Folic acid daily
Organic Raspberry leaf tea on my period
Womens daily vitamin

Im considering starting coQ10 and Royal Jelly(if anyone know a good brand let me know!)

How about you girls what are you taking? Do you think it is helping? Are you wanting to try something new?

Re: What Fertility Aids Do You Take?
Aside from prenatal vitamins, I take 3000iu of folic acid, and 1000iu of B12 because I have a MTHFR mutation. That's a genetic mutation that affects how your body processes folic acid. I have only a single mutation, which isn't thought to be a problem, but still.

In addition, I take a daily low-dose aspirin, and 300mg of coQ10. I read that you should take at least 400mg of coQ10.

As for helping, shrug. It feels like something I can DO, when so much is out of my control. Odds are I'm just making very pricey urine. I'm okay with that, though.

Re: What Fertility Aids Do You Take?
:ditto: Mel. I also have MTHFR. I don't have fertility aids persay, but I do take folic acid, baby aspirin, and Prenate Minis. Quite pricey, but I think this combo will work. I'll also be taking progesterone when I think I'm past o. I took prenabrals that had real folic acid in them when I was pregnant with my daughters, but didn't with my two losses. I didn't know I had MTHFR until recently, so I'm thinking that is what the issue was. This just HAS to work.
