Come on body, give me a break

Just me moaning again. Might be delayed response to the Clomid (like the week-early period) or might just be my body twisting the knife, but I have been so horribly bloated for the past two days. Anything I eat and BAM I blow up like a balloon. I also decided to step on the scale. Nice: 6 pounds gained in about a month. You must be kidding me. Alright, I just had to let out an aggravated scream. Better now.

Yikes, none of that sounds like fun! I hope your body gets back to normal asap!!

I bloated some with Clomid too. It is frustrating...I always went away once AF came. I hope AF doesnt' come for you though and you stay bloated (in a good way of course).

I hope you feel a little better today.

Thanks gals. The clomid effect would have to be residual -- since I didn't take it this past cycle and I'm in the last day of AF (CD4). So who knows what's up. I am going to go full force into one of these detoxing/revitalize diet plans, adjusted for a few things, like more protein, but cut out the dairy and eggs and processed wheat and sugar . I feel like I have to do something to get my body back on track. Maybe the acupuncturist will help tomorrow. (Oh, and the weight gain was likely mostly holiday eating, so I have nothing to blame but me.)

Or, I am really an idiot and didn't think to correlate doubling my Primrose Oil supplement on exactly the day I started inflating like a Macy's Thanksgiving Day balloon:

"Evening primrose oil has few known side effects, aside from possible bloating..."

OK, back to the old one-and one routine, silly. (One Primrose capsule, one fish oil capsule.) Thank you all for your patience while I gather my scattered little mind.
