Help Identify Boy or Girl from Ultrasound

Very confused and upset. Please help!

I did my week 19 second tri Ultra Sound.

Here are some stills of the scan. My OB is unsure so he wanted me to get a blood test done to match.
He is concerned it could be a girl but is unsure of the bright spot on the Ultrasound.
We are so confused it could be somewhere in the middle.....We asked him about 'worst case' scenario and he says at worst case it's an extreem abnomality and some consider Aborting, which made me freeze, but but he said that is only worst case and we cannot jump into anything.
Any thoughts or advise would be appreciated.

Honestly, my hubby and I were convinced we were having a boy but he feels the pics are of a boy and it's what it is and not a girl at all. The heart/brain etc are healthy 100%.

I had two MC's over the last two years so this means so much to us :(

Please help!!

Is the only concern is that the baby is a hermaphrodite? I think the doctor even mentioning aborting a healthy baby is awful. Baby looks like a boy to me but what matters is that your baby is healthy. Modern medicine is amazing in it's ability to fix congenital defects should that be the case. You really need to wait for the rest of the results from the other tests, once you have ALL the results together you will have a much better grasp of the situation. So sorry you are going through this!!!
