Good news RE visit

Hey ladies!
It's been a long road but to quickly being y'all up to current, seeing a RE in CINNCINNATI, OH ((side note I live in southern Indiana 2:15 west of there!))
He now has me on 8 days of 150 clomid & just got done with our day 10 US & right ovary has 1 follie that's 13mm & the left has one that's 11mm 😊 so he is adding Femara 2.5 for 5 days 2x a day! He sounded optimistic & excited that in a week or so we'd be doing the Ovidrel shot!! Also said my uterus was nice & thick?? I feel like that's good news, right!? I've done clomid A LOT, but this is my first go round of all the new stuff! Has/ is anyone else gone/going through this ?? Thanks ladies!!

So glad you had a good appointment, and an RE who is involved and makes you feel cared for!

OT, I have extended family in Southern Indiana on my mom's side, all near/around French Lick. I haven't been to the area in years, but think of it fondly. It's like we're neighbors, once removed :)

I didn't even notice the Indiana comment. LOL. My inlaws live over the Wabash in Illinois and DH works in Indiana yearly in Gibson county, but is thinking about taking a job in Petersburg if he can talk me into letting him move away.. so far not going so well :p

Hey Cori. I go to a RE in Dayton. If by any chance your RE isn't helpful, my RE has the best statistics in the state. Hopefully, you'll get your BFP this upcoming cycle and you won't need to see a RE anymore. GL and KUP!

Great news about your RE appointment. 8 days of Clomid is alot! I hope it does the trick for you - sounds like your follies are growing well. What they mean by your uterus being 'thick' is your uterine lining is thick, which is what a fertilised egg would burrow and stick into so its a very good thing! I think my clinic wanted mine to be at least 7.5mm prior to doing a trigger shot. :gl:
