EPO???

I picked up some EPO today and I was just wondering how everyone takes theirs. Should I take it 3 times a day like the bottle recommends? They are 1000mg. I know your only suppose to take it until O, but as far as dosage I can't really find anything.

Thanks everyone :)

Re: EPO???

Well I've only been taking 1000 mg a day but that's because I forget to take at other times of the day lol If its your first time trying maybe try it at 1 pill a day this month and see if it makes a difference. If not, up it next month. There isn't an exact way to take it and the 1000 mg does wonders for me, so I don't even see the need for me to take much more.

Sounds like a good plan to me ;-)

Re: EPO???

I have been taking the recommended 3000 a day :). I do one in the morning and two at night. I guess you could take them all at once or two in the morning and one at night. It doesn't really matter I don't think.

I do 1000 mg in the morning and then another 1000 mg in the evening and my CM around O has been awesome.

Re: EPO???

I have been using 1300mg once a day... Hen I was doing 2600mg a day it actually delayed my O...

I take it from CD 1 up to O and then stop...
