Weekly Workout Check In July 11 - July 17
 
Okay ladies let's post our daily workouts here. I thought we could just check in with each other to help us keep each other motivated.

I was not very motivated myself this morning though. I did about 30 minutes of weight training. Goal this afternoon is to get on my treadmill and run a little bit.

Let's get healthy and get in shape.

Since my accident I haven't done crap :( So very frustrating because I want to lose this weight. How are you doing?

I did really good on Monday but not so good Tuesday or Wednesday. Been super tired this week for some reason. My plan is to get up early tomorrow morning and workout. When do you get your cast off? As soon as you do hopefully we can motivate each to lose weight and get in shape!! Waiting on others to join in the check in. Come on guys post your workouts here!!

my plan is to workout before work, but my husband just had knee surgery a few weeks ago and I've had to pick up some of the slack around the house for him. I also have been sleeping terrible b/c my back has been hurting. it is making it hard to get up early! for now, i'm just doing swiming lessons with my DS, it's not real strenuous but it's something for now.
I'm going to try to start my before work, workouts on monday. I will be doing the P90x 'intro' video. its a cardio workout. or using our eliptical machine. We have a family vacation planned with my in-laws next month and it would be great to be able to be confident in my swimming suit!
thanks for starting this thread, hopefully it can keep us motivated!
