Re: YoNanas
I just use my food processor for it, but I love me some banana cream. I did mine with peanut butter and chocolate yesterday!

Re: YoNanas
Ok anyone have calorie breakdown for this? It sounds wonderful! Jen you make yours in the food processor?

Re: YoNanas
yep. I freeze a sliced banana in a plastic bag, then let it thaw for a few minutes on the counter when ready to make. Throw it in the small bowl of my food processor and let it start going. It will look like dippin dots, but then you keep going and it becomes creamy. I add a TBSP of PB and a little bit of cocoa powder or hershey's syrup(depending on what I have handy),and a splash of almond milk to thin it out.

Here's one recipe I followed at the beginning with some nutrition facts. it's pretty decent and Jer had no idea it was bananas the first time I made it

^ and it's good alone if you like banana :)
Calories in a Banana so anywhere from 72-135 cals

I am thinking of trying it in my Vitamix too since it might be cleaner....

Re: YoNanas
it's doable Lucy, I actually found out about it from my vitamix friends, lol! I just don't have one so I use the small bowl on my heavy duty food processor.
