Super Healthy mushroom snack!
My favorite snack for when I go on one of my "healthy food" kicks lol.
Buy a big mushroom (any kind you like) and remove the stem. After cleaning it off add some tomato sauce to the middle and top with cheese (again any kind, but I use mozzarella normally). But it in the broiler just until the cheese is melty and eat!!! It's really easy and soooo tasty!
