does anyone know?
should a company have an employee handbook or something of the kind?
i have asked and asked not only my director but also other employees as well
(as discreetly as i could of course) about this and they all say the same. If there is something we need to know then the director can look it up.
i swear its like sheep following the wolf blindly.
iv tried looking it up on line and really researching this co but because its a franchised owned co. there is no info out there.
any advise? maybe?

I would have thought that they would..
not sure if it is mandortory maybe it is online??
I know at my new job my manager has it and we can go to him whenever we need it.
