Toys R Us' Big Trade In

By JustMommies

It's not cash for clunkers, but it's kind of close! From August 28 through September 20, both Toys R Us and Babies R Us all over the United States will be accepting trade-ins on any potentially unsafe baby items -- including cribs, high chairs, car seats, strollers, play yards and bassinets.

Shoppers in exchange will receive 20% of any new purchases in those same item categories from either store. Chief executive Jerry Storch tells CNNMoney.com, "We are all looking for ways to stretch our dollars, but in doing so, children's safety should not be compromised."
