I was adopted, as was my older sister, so we had no choice but to be formula fed. I am as healthy as a horse.

Thinking about this topic, when I had trouble with my milk coming in at the hospital when Lilly was born, I had a lactation consultant come down and work with me, give me tips (and a free nursing bra!) and answer any questions that I needed. I don't know, but I don't think they have the same kind of consultations for bottle feeding mommies, do they? I mean, what if the baby is tongue-tied? What if the baby is not being held properly due to reflux? There are so many questions that a new mom could have, regardless of the way the baby is being fed, and there should be across the board support for all moms.
