This is a great website for getting the fiber that you need in order to be regular. This site is for adults, but using for kids under 10 you will want to use the following rule:

10g + child's age

So, if your child is 8, they will need 18g of fiber in their diet.

The chart on the website is ranked from the highest fiber foods to the lowest fiber foods.
