Friday Fitness
Who here has lot all their pregnancy weight?
If you haven't lost all - how much more do you need to loose?

Do you consider yourself fit?
What has helped you try and get fit after having baby?

I have lost it all and then some, mostly from breastfeeding. I don't think I'm fit. I need to tone up some and lose about 10 more pounds to be where I want to be.

I've lost it all plus some. I gained 40. I currently weigh 87lbs less than the day I delivered. I still have another 30-50lbs I'm working on losing.

I'm not super fit, but I am a lot more fit than I used to be. I'm starting to work on building some strength and working on running.

I've lost it all, then about 16 lbs more. But then gained 10 back. I need to work on losing that again.

I lost it all plus a couple more pounds, but I am no where near fit.

I have a lot to loose still sadly. I gained instead of lost while breastfeeding. I'm now working more on getting fit and loosing the weight. I'm also no where near fit but am hoping to get there eventually.

I lost it all and a few more after about a week or two. I went down to 106-`109lbs when I was breastfeeding. Now I am back to my normal weight of 120lbs. I am not fit, in fact I am really out of shape. I have crazy pipes because of carrying and lifting the kids, but I could stand to go to the gym or start running.
