Back to the norm
DH went back to work today and neither DD or I are very happy. She woke up this morning asking for dada. When I told her he went back to work she shook her head and said "dada nuh-nigh" (She was trying to tell me that I was wrong and he was still in bed.) I had her call him and she seems better now. She's flipping through the book Corduroy saying cow and babbling a bunch of other things pretending to read.
Today is DD's 15 month (really late, she'll be 16 months next week) check up. I'm not worried about much other than the doctor told me if her nightmares weren't better that he'd be referring us to a neurologist. Of course she had a 4 day streak of none and then had one early this morning. We will see! She's at over 50 words spoken consistently with out prompting and she's extremely ahead in everything else, so I'm hoping it's just an overactive imagination.
I haven't been around hardly at all so I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Re: Back to the norm
Glad to see you back! I know what you are talking about with DH having time off and getting back to the normal routines. Mine always have a hard time for the first few days as well.

Re: Back to the norm
Been wondering where you went to! I'm sorry to hear dd has been having nightmares....that's a LOT of words for that age so I'm with you thinking it could be an overactive imagination. She may be too smart for her own good!
