Jess's Stats - February 28 Update
Goals: 180lbs by Christmas (baby weight gone), 150lbs by April 2013 (quitting smoking weight and a bit more gone)

Methods: portions, food choices, treadmill, walking, exercise videos

October 15 - green shirt - 195lbs

January 3 - purple shirt - 187lbs

February 28 - blue shirt - 177lbs

Revised goal: 150lbs by July!!!!! 27 more to go :D

For what its worth, Jessica, you wear your weight really well. I never would have guessed your weight based on the pictures you've put on FB recently, or these. You look great, but you're going to look amazing with these goals!!

Appreciate that :) I seriously thought something was wrong with my scale at first since I don't feel like its that high :)

Edit: I almost fell off the scale at my initial weigh-in last December after poas. My goal was not to exceed 200lbs....that went out the window at about 30 weeks! I never thought I'd ever see numbers like that. I'm going to be in better shape for pregnancy #2!

Not good! No progress so i haven't updated! Thinking I'm going to need to make this a monthly thread...I need to get more exercise in, not just portioning and what I'm eating...

Thanks for asking though! I'm weighing myself every Monday, and this morning was 196...what the heck! I am tightening up a bit I think though...I'll take new pictures on the 15th.

Woohoo!!!!! FINALLY broke the 195 barrier that I plateaued at....193.6 this morning. SOOOOO happy! I can't find the tape measure to take my measurements, will have to do that tomorrow morning. And Cameron is currently sleeping on me so I don't feel like moving to take pictures...but I'll take them tomorrow :D

I swear, its all down to MFP. It makes me think...do I really want to have to write that down? And then I don't eat it! And on the days when I would skip a meal, it makes me actually eat something...most of the time, there's still days I forget. And its awesome for water. I think that's really helping too, otherwise I'd forget.

I'm starting hot yoga next week - they have $5 classes on Friday nights and Sunday afternoon - I'm super excited. I've only been twice since the only other place that offered it was so expensive.

That's great that you've lost 8 lb Jess! I am sure that you will enjoy the C25K program. Are you doing it on your own or with a friend?

I'm doing it on my own on a treadmill to start. But depending on others to watch Cam for my 40 min 3 times a week...I didn't get to start this week...plan is to start on Sunday!

Once I finish it, I'll join my sister and her friends that run 5K a few times a week...they just can already run it while I can't yet.

Day 1 of C25K done. I did some interval training in preparation for my wedding...I forgot how much I enjoyed it! I don't know why I didn't keep up with it. I LOVED doing this...I stuck my ipod in the dock, turned it up and away I went. I shut the door, and DH was with Cam....who cried almost the entire time :( Can't wait for Tuesday!

I did it!!!!! I hit 180 this morning! On Cam's 6 months!!!!! That was my revised goal :)
