How are we doing?
Just checking in to see how everyone is doing with a few questions :smile:

Is anyone at their pre-pregnancy weight or close to their goal?

Any exercise going on?

Any special diet?

Care to share a updated postpartum picture?

Any exercise going on? I go 3-5 days a week when possible

Any special diet? just eating healthy

I haven't checked in here in so long!!! Climbing down the apple tree is such a cute forum name, I love it!!!

I too, am below my pre-pregnancy weight, but nowhere near my goal. I plan to weigh 130 by my 30th birthday with is April 1st. I've been working really hard and have lost 20 lbs after the initial 20 I lost almost right away. So 40 lbs lighter then the appointment right before delivery.

I exercise pretty regularly at the YMCA. I enjoy body combat, body pump, CXworx which is an ab class, cycling, and I plan to start taking yoga soon.

I am on a VERY strict diet, and while I am not missing the food all that much, I miss my coffee with cream and splenda SOOO bad!!!

My brother was going to come over here and help me change the setting on my computer to allow me to post pics here, but he never had the chance, so I still cant add pictures.

Slowly but surely... I lost 3 pounds last week, even though I splurged and ate Thanksgiving dinner. I was very excited about that! Good luck girls, and Keep it up!!

Is anyone at their pre-pregnancy weight or close to their goal? Yes, below my pre-pregnancy weight, but not at my goal as far as how i look physically. Still some toning to do in my tummy area and getting back the ab definition

Any exercise going on? I run 6 days a week, and am in full-on marathon training mode right now. Hoping to run a full in January. I strength train, do yoga & pilates, and dance a couple times a week, too.

Any special diet? Not really! I'm generally a healthy eater, but if I want a treat, I eat it. I work too hard to deny myself in that area...Ha!

Care to share a updated postpartum picture? Sure! I'll take one soon and update. Not sure if it'll be today, though. I'm sick and look a mess, but maybe tomorrow. If I know I need to share pics, it'll probably help keep me motivated.

Kate-- You look amazing!! I pray I look that phenomenal if I have 4 children :)

Is anyone at their pre-pregnancy weight or close to their goal? I am one pound shy of my pre-preganacy weight of 128, but I want to be at 125 which is what I was at my wedding last year. Breastfeeding is really helping me drop the weight.

Any exercise going on? Yes, lugging around a 17lb baby :) I am going to start going to the gym with my sister after the holidays.

Any special diet? Not really. I am just trying to make better choices when I know I should. I am not keeping soda in the house or any red meats. DH is very helpful because he knows I HATE to cook. So he has really taken over the kitchen to ensure we aren't eating out every night.

This is where I am at 11 weeks postpartum. Seeing photos of my changes each week encourages me to keep going :)
