Toning suggestions
SO I am getting so disgusted with myself.
I know that the jello & lingering fat & baby weight wont go away overnight but I want to start seeing some results.
I need workout suggestions that dont require going to the gym and wont take hours since I'm now limited on time with working.
What suggestions do you have to tone up the tummy?

I'm in the same boat. I have a nice deflated belly balloon. :( I want to start doing some of my Jillian Michael's DVDs since that always gets me in good shape, but I haven't found the motivation yet.

I am starting my zumba back up and will probably start with the 30 day shred...just trying to get up the courage to start that, Jillian scares me...lol

I do a Taebo workout at home a couple times a week. It's only a little over a half hour, so definitely do-able during one of Sophia's naps. Then next month I'm starting a Zumba class with my mom that will be twice a week. Really excited to try that!

I have Tae Bo but with my weak ankles I always am rolling it or twisting it when I do it.
IS Zumba really that good, I've heard it kicks your BUTT? What does it really consist of?
A co-worker got Zumba DVD's and so she is going to burn them for a few of us.

I search 'standing ab workout' on YouTube. I have YouTube on the iPod, computer, and TV so I can do it anywhere. Most workouts are 10mins so it's perfect for me. I need something quick that won't make me too much of a sweaty mess. I'll have to post the link for the one I'm doing. I love that YouTube has tons of 10min workouts.
