Mellow Monday

What do you like to do to help relieve stress?

I will usually try to either take a nice hot bath or go for a long run or walk when I am feeling stressed. I also love to play with my boys when I'm stressed. they always help relieve my stress.

Any kind of exercise always helps. If I'm short-term angry, hockey is always good, but if it's a "slow burn" kind of stress, I enjoy more relaxing exercise like yoga, walking/hiking, or weight lifting.

Otherwise a nice microbrew generally does the trick. :lol:
