Seafood is good for you even when pregnant. but how much is too much? I have been craving it like crazy! I would every day if I could afford it!

I was told tilapia, catfish, tuna, and shrimp are fine as long as it's not all day every day. If you want it once a week for the next 9 months I say go for it!

My Midwife said barring the fishes high in mercury (Swordfish, Tile Fish and there are a few more) 4-6 ounces 1-2 times a week of seafood is A OK! I crave clams all the time. Fried whole belly clams. OMG O.M.G.

I had a little shrimp and crab (cooked) at a BBQ yesterday, so good! :)

I'm not sure Long John Silver's is really seafood, or even food for that matter, but I love it and will have it a couple of times before May!
