Night leg cramps
I saw this mentioned in another thread. One thing I found to keep them away was to drink 16+oz of water before bed. It'll usually wake me up once to pee, but I found that much easier to deal with than the leg cramps!

Thank you so much for this suggestion! Will try tonight as am terrified of them! It feels like my leg is muscles are hardening and worst part once the pain accumulates its difficult to get it to stop.. I will def try water never heard of this tip before.
I usually try to massage my leg as the pain starts and hope I am not making it worse sometimes it works. Also I sleep sensitive now and wake up often making sure my leg is relaxed and good..

Eat a banana a day too. They are sucky. I have hubby push my toe up to make it go away (opposite of ballerina toe point). The after pain is bothersome too. Not a highlight of pregnancy.

I am dreading these!!! I would get them so bad with all of my pregnancies. :(

I get them and I haven't found a solution. I'm eating foods high in potassium (Im allergic to bananas), drink tons of water and trying to cut back on salt. Hopefully something starts helping.

i get them bad later on.... lately im feeling l.ike my calve muscles are too tight :( its driving me nuts
