Workout of choice
When you work out, either now or in the future; what's your workout of choice? I.e. Walking, crossfit, t25.

I enjoy walking because I'm lazy. I know the most effective workout for myself is running but am sure that since I ran for soo many years I'm burned out on it.

I really like cardio weightlifting. DH and I are doing the 30 day plank challenge and the 30 day squat challenge right now just to try and kick our butts into gear.

I love at home DVDs like insanity, but I'm going to try my hand at cross fit! I also enjoy running when I'm not so out of shape :)

Walking. And I love weight machines but currently I'm not part of a gym, so that's out.

Crossfit. By far THE BEST.
