Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
So I went to my 28 week appointment today (everything was going well) and when I left my Dr. said I'm now on the every 2 week schedule! I thought, for some reason, that I had until next month for that. Now I really need to get going on getting all my baby stuff together.

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
I've had to go every two weeks since week 9. Not sure if they will up it after 30 weeks for me or not, or if sooner. I need to get baby stuff together soon as well! lol

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
When I got to the clinic here they told me that it was once every two weeks until the last month and then it is once a week.

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
i'm not sure when I hit every 2 weeks with my regular doctor, but I have to see the high risk doctor every week starting at 32 weeks.

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
Yeah, the do the every two week appt with me because i'm high risk. They were going to send me to a high risk doc but since my blood pressure has been relatively stable, they are just keeping a closer eye on me for now

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
Between my cardiologist and Perinatologist I have been averaging appointments every two weeks the whole pregnancy, when you factor in that the appointments are 2 hours away, its exhausting. The first trimester we were busy getting screenings and my meds set up. The 2nd trimester would have slowled down but they started the cardiology appointments right at the end of the 1st trimester, and then they moved me to a different office which threw my schedule off. My Cardiologist moved me from 6 week appts to 4 weeks now and may move me to more frequent appts later on. I see her next week, and the anti-coagulation specialist. The following week I go to the OBGYN for an u/s, and glucose test. Then start my 2 weeks. Wow can't believe how fast its gone.

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
My doc never does every 2 weeks. She goes to 3 weeks and then every week. I am certain after this visit I will likely go to every 3 weeks but we will see.

Re: Appointments Every 2 Weeks!
Wow... I feel like the odd one out! I will go once a month until December, then I will transition to everything other week starting in the beginning of December. I think until I hit my due date, they don't have you come in every week at all!
