Once you get started and get a routine you will be great I am sure.

Ester snacking is good. If you eat a healthy snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner its better than just three meals a day. Eat 5-6 mini meals a day. It keeps your metabolism going.

I did my work out this morning and while I am tired its a different kind of tired. not the sluggish tired I was yesterday. I love doing morning workouts but this week isn't good for them. Next week will be better though .

How did you ladies do for working out today? Any movement even 15 min is better than none at all .
