Breakfast--Strawberry Fruit and Grain bar
Snack--Pepsi while running errands
Lunch--beef stew, 9 grain bread with light margarine, tea
Snack--Pepsi while taking DS to get enrolled in his next round of tech classes
Dinner--Homemade burgers (whole wheat buns, 93% lean ground beef, fat free mayo, fat free cheese) and fries (baked)

Water--120 ounces

Exercise--20 minutes of stability ball aerobics; 20 minutes yoga

Thoughts & Feelings--I get a day off from school and the kids and DH have me running around like a mad woman all day! I'd rather go to school so I can sit still for a few minutes. LOL
