5 lbs gone is great!! I know that Jen said in your other thread that diet is a really big deal and that you should try to change that first, but if it's easier for you to get moving and add some exercise in, then do that first! I love food (a lot!) and I really love food that isn't so great for me, so it's always been easier for me to add exercise and continue enjoying food.
