Day 6

Exercise - Day 6 The 30 Day Shred done
! I used 5lb weights for a decent amount too. I feel pretty good. I am still struggling with some of the cardio, but other than that I am doing good. I'm not sore any more and it's definitely getting easier. I am a little nervous about switching to the second workout, but we'll see how it goes.
