French Dressing Mix
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp dry mustard
4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp dried onion

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir to distribute evenly. Place mixture in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place for up to six months. Shake dry mix before preparing dressing.

To prepare dressing:
Combine 1/4 cup dry French dressing mix, and 3/4 cup oil of your choice, 6 Tbsp ketchup and 1/4 cup vinegar. Shake until well blended. Chill before serving.
