So, I've joined myfitnesspal. I've tried Spark People before and found that I wasn't diligent with logging in my calories and exercise. After logging in a few days I've learned that my breakfast alone has been really high in calories without me realizing it. I'm 215 right now and with my goals set there it says I should lose 10 lbs by May if I follow it. I'm feeling more determined this time than ever!
