I'm also EBF, and it's safe to drink because it's considered a "whole food". I just add some milk, banana and sometimes even a little peanut butter for the few extra calories I need. It really does give me lots more energy so far! Also is keeping me more regular than usual (woohoo! lol) and curbing cravings like it said it would.
