Hope you guys don't mind but I am going to attempt to journal the next 7 weeks as I prepare for vacation.

I am starting at 119-121 (depending on the day) My goal is to lose 13lbs!
Day 1- exercise: short walk with the boys and Nala- 30 day shred

Food: 3 small chocolate chip pancakes, watermelon,
Drinks :2 Pepsi's, 1- 5 calorie tea, 3 waters
hamburger with no bun, granola bar, chips and dip
tator tots

Obviously, I really need to work on what I am eating. It is in my 1400-1500 calorie count, but obviously not too nutritious.

I wasn't excited about working out-but I felt great when I was done and able to say that I did it.
