1 C sugar
1/3 C baking cocoa
1/4 C all purpose flour
pinch salt
2 1/4 C water
1 T butter/margarine
1 (9") pastry shell, baked
whipped cream & chocolate sprinkles

In a large saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, flour & salt; gradually add water. Cook & stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Cook & stir one minute or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in butter & vanilla. Pour into pastry shell. Refrigerate 2-3 hrs before slicing. Garnish w/ whipped cream & chocolate sprinkles.
