I think it's normal enough, but it can also be a symptom of hypothyroidism or low-iron, so if you're (general you) feeling cold all the time you should ask your doctor to test for both in your initial pre-natal labs, IMO. Then at least you know that it's normal and not a symptom of anything but having a fetus attached.
