I am finding myself getting winded really, really easily. As in, walking up the stairs from the basement to our second floor. So, two- half flights of stairs and I have to take a break, whereas I am used to running at least 5-6 miles a day. It has happened to me every time though. Frustrating, but just listen to your body. It's not forever! ;-)
