Trust me, I work until 6:00-6:30 everyday plus do extra cirriculars with my son, I'm tired too, but eating out too often caused me to gain a lot of weight, my cholesterol was high, my triglycerides were off the chart high, my liver enzymes were high, and I became a type 2 diabetic because of it. Trust me, the convenience isn't worth the potential health issues, especially for your kids. Now, I'm having to bust my booty to get myself to a healthy place again. It's FAR easier to just not go down that road at all, and unfortunately I speak from a massive dose of experience/reality here. My eating out budget is now around $10 per month versus $40 per week. We only eat out once every 3 weeks or so now.
