I'm not sure. On the one hand I like cilantro a lot so I've thought about it, but on the other hand I wouldn't mind trying something else too. Despite the fact that it's used in a lot of Mexican food, cilantro is actually kind of a wuss in hot weather and I'm not sure that it would be worth getting another plant this close to Georgia summertime (it's already been about 90 degrees the last couple of days -- or about 32 celsius) and from what I've read it will likely bolt even faster in that sort of weather.
