My first DD was posterior & wouldn't come out so got a C. Next one had a huge head, much bigger than the first, and I was afraid she would also be posterior. Read a bunch of stuff online and found out that the best way to "spin" a baby during labor is to lie on the same side as the baby's spine. Hands & knees position might work too, but side lying is best. Tried this and DD#2 came right out -- successful VBAC!
