The abs workout I do most often is on a DVD by Tamilee Webb called "I Want That Body!". It has two 15-minute workouts each for abs, arms, and butt. The Science of Fitness with Tamilee - I Want That Body!: Tamilee Webb, n/a: Movies & TV

I like her workouts a lot; 2 of the DVDs I just ordered (should arrive today!) are her "Tight on Time" DVDs, which have four 10-minute workouts.
