So this isn't really a recipe per say but it is SUPER healthy, full of protein, quick and yummy.

Get a piece of whole wheat toast, spread natural PB on it, top with chia seeds, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and honey.

I seriously have this for breakfast every day and it's delicious. The chia seeds expand once they get into your stomach so they help keep you full longer. (I sprinkle them on everything!)
