4 hours of sleep at night when 30 weeks along is kind of "normal". I know at the ned of my pregnancy I was getting hardly any sleep and I'm still not getting much now that the baby is here.

I have anxiety anyway and am on Klonopin for my anxiety. Klonopin shouldn't be taken toward the end of the pregnancy, though, as it can interfere with APGAR scores for the baby. Maybe try meditation, breathing techniques and acupressure/puncture?
