i feel like i could be working out harder...i've been taking it really easy since getting back into it a few weeks ago. today i decided to try one of my harder workouts i did before getting pregnant and man did it burn my thighs and make me sweat. i cant do this everyday because i still dont get consistent enough sleep to help with recovery, but i'm going to shoot for twice a week of this and lighter work outs the other days.
