I do. Even though I know I need a break, I always feel like I should be doing something on my days off. I may try to find something that is not technically exercise to do to help me with this like going outside (when it gets a little warmer) and walking or playing with the kids. Sometimes I will do a lot of cleaning and that makes me feel like I've done something even though it's not really exercise.
