Ah, weight loss. I am trying to lose just over 20 lbs right now. I was doing well at first - I lost 4 lbs in about 3 weeks which I thought was pretty good. I weighed myself this morning though and I am back up 2lbs due to general laziness and eating too much easter candy this past week, heh. I need to step it up or I will never reach my goal! Most importantly, I want to work towards my goal of improving my physical fitness. Now that it's getting nicer out I want to start jogging regularly, and I think I'll enroll in a few fitness classes at the rec centre in my neighborhood. I'd like to reach my weight loss goal by August.
