Have you seen this?

I saw it shared on Facebook last year, and thought it was really good information, so I thought I'd share it here, too (also posted in my DDC). It goes through what to expect in the first few days, weeks, & months of breastfeeding a baby, as well as at 1 year, 2 years and beyond. I don't know that I agree 100% with every word, but overall it is a great read. And some of the things that it points out apply to babies who are given formula as well (like, when growth spurts tend to occur, when the general fussy periods are for newborns, and other developmental things). I also like that it points out that you can't gauge how much milk the baby is getting by how LONG they nurse, or how full your breasts feel, or how fussy the baby acts. And it mentions cluster feeding, too, which is also not an indication that your baby is not getting enough milk. It's just a developmental thing.

Anyway, just thought I'd share!
