I'm sorry you are dealing with this. Pregnancy bleeding can be a stressful thing.

I guess my main question for you would be, what do you expect your care provider to do? There aren't a lot of options as far as what is in their control. An OB may not be able to do much more than the midwife. Pretty much all they will do is monitor you. Of course, if there is an emergent amount of bleeding (overflowing multiple pads in an hour), I would be hitting up the hospital here and there, but I don't think that light bleeding the way you are describing is worth leaving your care provider over unless you just don't feel they are communicating with you very well over it.
