As long as you eating healthfully it's ok to watch your calories. It isn't ok to only eat 1000 calories a day and have it all be chips and soda, you know

When I was TTC my DS (and losing weight) I was eating on average 1200-1400 calories a day, but it was all (ok mostly ) nutritious foods and was working out. As long as you are nourishing your body and eating when you feel hungry it's all good.

PS- I've since gained most of my weight back since having my DS, so I am really preaching to myself here haha!
Our TTC journey:
Months of testing & Clomid cycles ending with Clomid 150mg+trigger+IUI= in December 2009!
DS born August 29th, 2010 in a drug free natural whirlwind of a labor!
Round 2- 2013
Two failed Clomid cycles in May-June of 2013 followed by35 days of Follistim at gradually building levels + trigger+IUI= in August 2013!
It's a boy! DS#2 due April 28th, 2014!
Born via planned C-section April 22nd,2014 due to being breech
