Has anyone mention the potential of the "red spot" near your cervix being old blood pooled from the initial bleed? That's what I was told after I had bleeding early on. You could see it on my US. I was also told that my body would either reabsorb it (which I did) OR I would pass it, and it could look red or brown, depending on how old it was.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it with being so little and not being accompanied by cramping (very good sign!).

Also, I don't understand how you are not the OB's patient. If he saw you and "treated" you, then you are his patient and should have the right to call and inquire on that visit and his findings.
